On the heels of her red hot red carpet premiere, 27-year-old Blake Lively changed into seven outfits as she made the media rounds in New York City on Tuesday, April 21, promoting her new romantic film, The Age of Adaline.

Outside the Good Morning America studio, Lively posed in a red and blue plaid Marc Jacobs coat and dove-gray Christian Louboutin pumps.

Lively changed into a Marc Jacobs plaid dress with a leather bodice for the show, along with embellished black Louboutins, and Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira jewelry.

Lively posed for photos leaving the Good Morning America studio in a Roksanda sheath dress and matching coat in bold cerulean and chartreuse colors along with striped, cap-toed Louboutins.

Lively then headed into Live! With Kelly and Michael, where she slipped into a Preserve "Natalie" jumpsuit in a palm-print ($275, Preserve.us), Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira jewels, and crimson Charlotte Olympia heels.

Leaving the Live! With Kelly and Michael studio, Lively wore a fuchsia Kristinit "Striped Wrap Dress" with art deco details ($290, Preserve.us) and zebra-print Alexa Wagner gladiator sandals.

Lively then headed to SiriusXM Radio's headquarters in a John Galliano koi fish printed minidress and coat, along with Sophia Webster sandals and jewelry by Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira.

Lively’s last look was a head-to-toe bubblegum pink, Cushnie Et Ochs ensemble as she left her NYC hotel.
