After a long day of commuting, meetings, e-mails, and phone calls, often the last thing you want to do when you come home is cook dinner. You know you need to eat but you don’t feel like making anything so you pick up something on your way home or order take out. Doing this every once in a while is fine (you deserve a break!) but eating out, unless it’s a healthy salad, is always unhealthier than cooking at home and definitely adds up (both in calories and costs).
